This notice is hereby given to announce an open meeting of a panel of the Presidential Advisory Committee on Gulf War Veterans' Illnesses. The panel will discuss decisionmaking related to the use of investigational drugs and vaccines in the Gulf War and will receive comment from members of the public. Dr. Arthur L. Caplan will chair this panel meeting.
