DoD Withdraws Proposed Rule on Contractor Compensation

The Department of Defense has withdrawn a proposed rule published in 1994, which aimed to establish a dollar threshold for DoD contractors to apply FAR requirements for contractor compensation system reviews, following public comments and review.
