EPA Issues Final Policy on Labeling Revisions for Pesticide Products under Worker Protection Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requiring labeling revisions for certain agricultural pesticides sold or distributed after October 23, 1995, to comply with the Worker Protection Standard (WPS). The policy applies to non-registrant sellers and wholesalers, who must either relabel the products or authorize others to do so.
