National Park Service Publishes Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Lava Beds National Monument

The National Park Service has released a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the proposed General Management Plan (DGMP) of Lava Beds National Monument in California, outlining potential impacts and proposing alternatives for management and development of the monument over the next 15 years.
