EPA Approves Massachusetts Air Quality Implementation Plan for Consumer and Commercial Products

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which establishes VOC emission standards for architectural and industrial maintenance coatings and 10 categories of consumer products, as part of its efforts to improve air quality in the state.
