Agency Announces Information Collection Request for NESHAP Guidelines on Benzene Emissions from Bulk Transfer Operations for OMB Review

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on its Information Collection Request (ICR) for the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Benzene Emissions from Bulk Transfer Operations, which has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
