Comment Period Extended for Military Traffic Management Command Proposal on Transloading of Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives

The deadline for comments on the Military Traffic Management Command's proposal to change the rules for transloading shipments of ammunition and explosives has been extended to January 31, 1996, from December 26, 1995, as previously announced in the Federal Register.
