Hennepin County Regional Railroad Authority Exemption

The Interstate Commerce Commission has granted an exemption to the Hennepin County Regional Railroad Authority, allowing it to bypass certain regulations when acquiring 2.5 miles of railroad from the Chicago and North Western Railway Company. This exemption is related to the authority's acquisition of the railroad, which is subject to the requirements of 49 U.S.C. Subtitle IV.
