NAFTA Binational Panel Reviews: Notice of Completion of Panel Review

The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Binational Panel has completed its review of Gulf States Tube Division's request, and the review is now effective as of March 17, 1995, following a lack of opposition from interested parties.
