Department Abandons Formal SFRL Update Orders Following Recent Final Rule Exemption for Carriers

The Department will no longer issue formal SFRL update orders due to a recent final rule exempting carriers from their statutory duty to file international air cargo tariffs, as announced in a notice published as an appendix to this document
