ED Invites Ineligible Institutions to Apply for Campus-Based Programs

The US Department of Education is inviting institutions of higher education that were not eligible for the 1996-97 award year to apply for participation in the Federal Perkins Loan, Federal Work-Study, and Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant Programs, which are authorized by the Higher Education Act of 1965.
