Finality of Records of Compensation

The Railroad Retirement Board (Board) hereby proposes to adopt regulations pertaining to the finality of reports of compensation. The proposed regulations relate to corrections to records of compensation more than four years after the date on which the compensation was required to be reported to the Board.
