Commodity Futures Trading Commission Amends Regulations to Allow Foreign Boards of Trade to Trade with US Participants

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has updated its rules to enable foreign boards of trade (FBOTs) registered with the Commission to provide direct access to their electronic trading systems for US-registered introducing brokers (IBs) to submit customer orders, and to establish procedures for FBOTs to request revocation of their registration.
