West Texas and Lubbock Railroad Company, Inc. Exempts Seagraves, Whiteface and Lubbock Railroad Company from Purchase and Operation Requirements

The West Texas and Lubbock Railroad Company, Inc. has granted an exemption to the Seagraves, Whiteface and Lubbock Railroad Company, allowing it to continue operating without purchasing the West Texas and Lubbock Railroad Company's assets, effective immediately.
