Government to Consider Exclusive Licenses for Internally Folded Scalable Laser

The Department of the Navy is considering granting exclusive licenses to practice the Government-owned 'Internally Folded Scalable Laser' to William D. Sterling/Robert F. Gampper and the Santa Fe Laser Company, with a 60-day objection period set to begin after the notice is published.
