Format Changes in Compensation Regulations

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is issuing final regulations to revise the format of certain regulatory provisions in title 5, Code of Federal Regulations, relating to Federal employees' compensation so that all definitions of terms are listed in alphabetical order, consistent with the format preferred by the Office of the Federal Register.
