Philadelphia to Implement Special Regulations for New Year's Eve Fireworks Display on Delaware River

The City of Philadelphia will enforce strict rules for vessel traffic on the Delaware River on December 31, 1995, to ensure public safety during the New Year's Eve Fireworks Display, which will take place from barges anchored off Penns Landing.
