Rules on Source, Origin and Nationality for Commodities and Services Financed by the Agency for International Development

USAID published a proposed rule on February 5, 1996 (61 FR 4240) to add a new Part 228 to Title 22 of the CFR codifying USAID's rules on source, origin and nationality for commodities and services financed by USAID. This final rule adopts the provisions of the proposed rule with some changes which are discussed below in SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.
