Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Revision to Data Report on Spouse Information Collection for OMB Review

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a revision to its Data Report on Spouse information collection for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The NRC is seeking public comment on the proposed revision, which affects approximately 60 individuals, including NRC employees, contractors, and licensees, who may be required to report on their spouse's information.
