Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Revision to Enforcement Policy for Review by OMB

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a revision to its Enforcement Policy, titled 'Exercise of Discretion for an Operating Facility, NRC Enforcement Policy (NUREG-1600)', for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The NRC is seeking public comment on the proposed revision, which is required on occasion by nuclear power reactor licensees.
