Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Extension for Patent License Information Collection for OMB Review

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted an extension request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of its information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, which governs the collection of patent license information, including the Standard Specifications for Granting of Patent Licenses (10 CFR 81).
