NRC Submits Proposal for Customer Satisfaction Surveys for OMB Review

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting approval for a new information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed collection, titled Generic Clearance for Customer Satisfaction Surveys, aims to gather feedback from licensees, applicants, and the public on the NRC's programs, with an estimated 600 responses per year.
