U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Certifies U.S. Enrichment Corporation to Operate Gaseous Diffusion Plants

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a certification decision allowing the U.S. Enrichment Corporation to operate two gaseous diffusion plants in Kentucky and Ohio, following a compliance plan submitted by the Department of Energy.
