U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and State of Wisconsin Sign Final Memorandum of Understanding

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the State of Wisconsin have agreed on procedures for the State to access emergency response data from a commercial nuclear power plant in Wisconsin through the NRC's Emergency Response Data System.
