Policy and Procedure for Enforcement Actions; Policy Statement

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is amending its General Statement of Policy and Procedure for Enforcement Actions (Enforcement Policy) to address the requirements imposed by the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996. That Act requires federal agencies to adjust civil monetary penalties to reflect inflation.
