U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Louisiana Reach Final Agreement on Emergency Response Data System

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a Final Memorandum of Understanding with the State of Louisiana, allowing the state to access emergency response data from a commercial nuclear power plant in Louisiana through the NRC's Emergency Response Data System.
