U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Establishes Licensing Support System Advisory Review Panel

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission created the Licensing Support System Advisory Review Panel in 1989 to provide advice on the design and development of an electronic information management system for storing and retrieving documents related to high-level radioactive waste disposal, and to oversee the system's operation and maintenance.
