Proposed Amendment of Class D Airspace at Utica, NY, and Griffiss AFB, Rome, NY

The Federal Aviation Administration proposes to modify the boundaries of Class D airspace at Oneida County Airport in Utica, NY, and Griffiss AFB in Rome, NY, reducing the airspace to the east of these airports and aligning it with the New York State Barge Canal's geographic division.
