Proposed Revocation of Class D Airspace and Class E4 Extensions; Plattsburgh AFB, NY

This proposed rule would revoke Class D airspace designated as a surface area for Plattsburgh Air Force Base, New York. The proposed rule would also include revocation of the Class E4 surface areas designated as an extension to Class D airspace. As a result of the Base Realignment and Closure program, this airport has eliminated all flight operations.
