U.S. Issues Emergency Cease and Desist Order Over Cuban Airspace Incidents

The U.S. government has issued an emergency cease and desist order and enforcement policy statement in response to the interception and destruction of two U.S. civilian aircraft in international airspace north of Cuba, as well as unauthorized U.S. aircraft operations in Cuban territorial airspace.
