FAA Requests Comments on Proposed Powered Parachute Design Standards

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public input on proposed design standards for powered parachutes, which are based on over 500,000 hours of experience with ultralite and amateur-built aircraft, and are designed for four-place maximum and 2,700-pound maximum weight.
