Flight Crewmember Duty Period Limitations, Flight Time Limitations, and Rest Requirements

This action extends the comment period on Notice No. 95-18; Flight Crewmember Duty Period Limitations, Flight Time Limitations, and Rest Requirements, and publishes questions received from commenters and the FAA's response to those questions. The comment period is extended from March 19, 1996, to June 19, 1996. This action is in response to a request from several associations and individuals that the FAA allow all affected parties additional time to comment. The extension of the comment period is warranted because of the scope and complexity of the proposal and the need to allow time for commenters to consider the agency's response to the above questions.
