Boeing Proposes Revision to Airworthiness Directive for Model 727 Series Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is considering a proposal to revise an existing airworthiness directive (AD) for Boeing Model 727 series airplanes, which would allow operators to terminate the requirements by replacing or modifying the aluminum rib fitting with a new steel rib fitting.
