OCC Seeks Public Comment on Complex Structured Finance Transactions Information Collection
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on an information collection titled 'Interagency Statement on Complex Structured Finance Transactions' as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
