Rotorcraft Regulatory Changes Based on European Joint Airworthiness Requirement; Correction

This document contains a correction to the final rule published in the Federal Register on May 10, 1996 (61 FR 21904). That final rule amended the airworthiness standards for normal and transport category rotorcraft under parts 27 and 29 of Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) relating to performance systems, propulsion and airframes.
