Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines Finalized
The Federal Agencies have issued updated Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines to clarify appraisal regulations and promote safe and sound lending practices, replacing existing guidance documents and addressing future regulations under the Dodd-Frank Act.
