FAA Approves Kahului Airport Noise Compatibility Program

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has approved the Kahului Airport Noise Compatibility Program, submitted by the State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, in compliance with the Aviation Safety and Noise Abatement Act of 1979 and 14 CFR Part 150, following a review of the program elements.
