Extension of Comment Periods for Special Flight Rules in Grand Canyon National Park

The Federal Aviation Authorization Act of 1996 extends the comment period for the Special Flight Rules in the Vicinity of Grand Canyon National Park rulemaking proposal and environmental assessment, allowing more time for public input.
