SBA Regional Offices Gain Approval Authority for COC Determinations Under FAR

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation, granting Small Business Administration regional offices the authority to issue Certificate of Competency Determinations, as per 13 CFR Part 125.
