Federal Acquisition Regulation; Contractors' Purchasing Systems Reviews and Subcontractor Consent Amendment

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to increase dollar thresholds for Contractors' Purchasing Systems Reviews (CPSRs) and subcontract consent. This change was made without review by the Office of Management and Budget under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993.
