Submission for OMB Review Entitled Past Performance Information

Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Secretariat has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve a new information collection requirement on an existing collection in use without a FAR OMB control number concerning Past Performance Information (FAR case 93-002). This request is pursuant to the emergency processing provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Public Law 104-13).
