Federal Acquisition Regulation; Withdrawal of Proposals

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have withdrawn four proposed rules related to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), including a rule on evaluation factors and another on multiyear contracting methods, as they were superseded by other regulations.
