Federal Acquisition Regulation; Consideration of Late Offers

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to expand the circumstances under which late offers for non-commercial procurements can be evaluated, a change not subject to Office of Management and Budget review under Executive Order 12866, issued on September 30, 1993.
