FAR Council Seeks Comments on Commercially Available Off-the-Shelf Item Acquisition Provisions

The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council is soliciting public comments on the implementation of section 4203 of the Federal Acquisition Reform Act, which requires the Federal Acquisition Regulation to list laws inapplicable to contracts for commercially available off-the-shelf items.
