Federal Acquisition Regulation; Small Business/Simplified Acquisition Threshold

The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council has agreed to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement section 4004 of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994, following review by the Office of Management and Budget under Executive Order 12866. This change does not qualify as a major rule.
