GSA Board of Contract Appeals Publishes Rules of Procedure for Travel and Relocation Expenses Cases

The GSA Board of Contract Appeals has released new rules governing the review of claims by federal civilian employees for reimbursement of expenses related to temporary duty travel and relocation, as mandated by the 1996 Legislative Branch Appropriations Act and delegated by the Office of Management and Budget.
