Comment Request: Proposed Agency Information Collection Activities

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requires that the OCC, the Board, the FDIC, and the OTS obtain approval for information collection activities. The agencies have submitted emergency clearance requests to implement assessment-related reporting revisions to various financial reports, which were approved on June 17, 2011, and are currently in effect.
