Federal Acquisition Regulation; Compliance With Immigration and Nationality Act Provisions

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to an interim rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 9 to implement Executive Order 12989, which aims to improve government procurement efficiency through compliance with immigration and nationality laws. This rule was not subject to Office of Management and Budget review and is not a major rule.
