General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation; Acquisition of Commercial Items

The General Services Administration (GSA) is finalizing the interim rule to amend the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to implement the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994, which deals with the Truth in Negotiation Act and the acquisition of commercial items. The public is invited to a meeting and can submit comments on the revised rule, which has been mailed to those who previously commented.
