U.S. Trade Representative Determines Colombia's Banana Export Policies to European Union are Actionable

The U.S. Trade Representative has determined that certain Colombian policies and practices affecting U.S. banana exporters to the EU are actionable under the Trade Act of 1974, and has initiated a process to address the remaining burden or restriction on U.S. commerce.
